Job Description:-
• Software is designed to improve effectiveness either by in terms of the accuracy of information or by using the technology to simplify the process.
• Design and prepare reports to support HR management decisions. Analyze and summarize HR data and trends.
• Enter data, update, maintain and audit HR data as needed. Data extraction for Talent Mgmt, Finance and HR
• Liaise with IT and Finance regarding overall information system architecture.
• Support HRIS system upgrades or new solutions. Collaboratively with Information Technology staff, design and verify HRIS solutions by developing and completing tests and implementing roll-outs.
• Preparation of Confidential Documents.
• Update Employee Benefits as per Confidential Document in HR Tool
• Contribute data to Group HRIS systems like HRWeB, Enablon and Data Referential
• Support for HRMS, HR Tool, Property Management System, Medial Database System, Learning & Development Requests and Pay slip
