I will harness my innovative tendencies to add value to the system of the company

PHRC Ltd, Eleme, Port Harcort, Nigeria. Cumulatively, I did the following,
•Maintenance of Electrical substations and lighting system.
•Maintenance of control system intelligence voltages and the UPS/Battery bank .
•Maintenance of the control electrical system of the Old Plant.
•General troubleshooting and repairs of the Old Plants electrical signal/power system.
•Maintenance of the computer systems of the unit.
•Inspection of electrical supplies to ensure they comply with specifications.
•Pre-contract: Agreeing, formulating and preparing appropriate tender, bill of quantities and contractual documentation and procedures for Office fit-out project. These are then sent to Legal Adviser’s office for preparation of contract agreement or service work order as the case may be.
•Post-contract: Cost control, Progress Monitoring/ Reporting and preparation of documents for payment for the contract.
•Arranging meetings like contract kick-off meetings, progress meetings, and departmental morning meetings etc. making available necessary logistics for such meetings.
•Drafting memos for management’s information/ approval on issues like jobs to be carried out, progress reports on ongoing jobs, equipment status reports and other managerial correspondences.
•Manage public relations for the Deputy Manager.
•Administer petty cash for office management and other paltry issues.
•Handle inter-unit and inter-departmental issues as affects the office of the PA to the Deputy Manager.
•Advise the Deputy Manager on Technical issues in plant operations as regards to electrical systems.
•Develop work scopes and work schedules for third party jobs.
•Assist in inspection of completed maintenance jobs which include preventive, corrective and routine maintenance jobs.
•Assist in troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical equipments when needed.
•Manage the unit’s database for personnel and equipment.
