responsibilities:
-analysis of in process Inspection and final inspection of finished product of ertilizers and petrochemicals and PCBs


-Approving the Statistical Technique to be used and doing defect analysis

-Maintain all relevant documents and records
-Identifying the training needs and organizing them for personnel of QA
-Issue and distribution of department documents at Level-3.

-Ensuring compliance with the requirement of the system.
-Investigating cases of returned non-conforming products.
-Maintaining Liaison with the NSI.
-Ensuring the availability of inspection and test schedule for the use of inspection staff.
-The maintain of records including of internal audits, to demonstrate the effectiveness of the inspection organization.
-Notifying the immediately of any change to an issued certificate to ISO-9001, ISO-9002 or ISO \ IEC Guide 25 which is relevant to the organization’s IECQ approval.
-To look after budgetary control of the material.
-Calibration of test and measuring equipment


-Solution Preparation and standerdisation.
-Finished Product Analysis.(Methanol,Urea,CAN,ANP, PCBetc.)
-Water Analysis(Raw water, Process Water,Cooling Tower Water,Effluent Water etc.)
-Process Intermidiate (Ammonia Plant, Methanil Plant,Urea Plant)
-At prsent working in Metahnol Plant as Sr.Analyst
