Seeking senior level assignments in Project Management/ Contract Management / site Management & Resource Planning with a frontline organization in Construction Industry.

• Overall Lead for construction of the project electrical works and leading a team of 22 electrical engineers which includes Electrical & Instrumentation works & Contractors Management.

• Responsible for construction, installation, testing, Pre commissioning & Commissioning of the whole electrical system (Comprising of 3 Nos of Gas Turbine Generators – 29 MW each, Siemens make; 33 KV Switch gear, 6.6 KV Switch gear, 415V L.T.Panels, HT & LT Cabling (900 KM), 38 MVA, 33 / 11 KV Transformers, HT Motors (50 nos), LT Motors (800 nos), Emergency DG sets (EDG), Battery chargers & Battery banks, UPS, Electrical heat tracing of MEG & fuel gas pipe lines, MOVs, Plant & building lighting, Street lighting system etc).

• Electrification of Shore based complexes & Infra buildings (G+4), East West Cross Country Pipe line (EWPL) control room & Compressor station ( Terminated at Onshore Terminal)

• Erection & commissioning of PAC systems, chillers for the above Infra buildings.

• Cathodic Protection system for EWPL Compressor station under ground metallic piping
• Review of issued for construction Drawings and co-ordination with Engineering w.r.t site problems
• Approvals for procurement of the materials based on the MTO’s issued by Engineering.
• Approvals to the finalized rates for release of Work Orders to the Contractors
• Approval of Weekly Work Plans based on work front availability
• Monitoring the progress of electrical activities at site, weekly and monthly and initiating necessary action to complete with in the schedule period.
• Supervision of DCS interfaces of electrical system, electrically operated Control Valves, etc.;
• Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the schedule time & and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
• Foreseeing performance bottlenecks and taking corrective measures to have smooth commissioning.
• Site Management and discipline to ensure safe execution of the projects.
• Directed quality control practices in execution of cable tray routing, JB installation, cable laying, termination work and related structural works.
