Developing detailed schedule / S-curves / WBS for EPC / Procedures / PMS / Monthly Progress Report procedures and Formats / Man-Power as per tender specification.
Coordinating with Engineering Consultants, Sub contractors and vendors to integrate their schedule in Master Schedule windows.
Responsible for preparing Critical Path of the project and highlighting the issues and concerns to the Management and Client.
Raising flags for expected issues and finding solutions by coordinating with all levels
