Materials & Logistics Coordinator, Drilling & Completion

- Collation of master equipment lists (with input from drilling supervisors/engineers, completion engineers and 3rd party service vendors)
- Provide detailed and planned back load information lists to all relevant parties in common format
- On board coordination to ensure vessels are turned around & released as required
- Issue paperwork for equipment and personnel call-off
- Manage POB lists
- Liaison with offshore Drilling / Production Supervisors for additional equipment requirements and time schedule for equipment and materials delivery
- Liaison with Marine Controller with regard to vessel movements within 500 meter zone and surrounding area
- Ensuring all 3rd party service vendors are aware of procedures for call-off of personnel and equipment (including helicopter schedule and air-freight procedures)
- Collation of daily cost updates for inclusion on morning drilling report
- All rental and direct issued items equipment tracking using inventory management systems
- Provide support to Cost Engineer in the verification of all drilling and completion invoices against call-offs
- Responsible for providing detailed vessel load out lists using the approved format and process
- Liaise with Bulk Specialist to monitor all installation bulk requirements
- Responsible for preparation and issue of material call-offs
- Responsible to manage cargo prioritisation and delivery phasing requirements to maintain safe and continuous operations
- Coordinate equipment repairs and inspections (Maximo)
- Ensuring compliance with appropriate legislative and policy requirements (eg. COSHH, dangerous goods, hazardous waste, shipping of explosives, certification etc)
