Key Accountabilities
· Project planning, strategy and communication (management of change) to all levels in the organization including Headquarters in Houston and third parties
· The design and implementation of changes in ExxonMobil local financial systems such as JD Edwards One-world, Dataflex and Maximo
· Led a multidisciplinary workforce including people from several business units such as shared service department and field operations


General Accounting Supervisor ( Oct 2002 – Jul 2004)
Key Accountabilities
· Led the General Accounting group in the Upstream organization for the Venezuela affiliates (Inter-company, Shared Services expenses, Time writing, Treasury accounting)
· Responsible for the employees' time writing process and their monthly cost allocation to Joint Ventures
· Provided monthly expense reports and reviews to all Shared Services Managers
· Responsible for providing Monthly Financial Statements under US GAAPs and VEN GAAPs
· Coordinated the monthly and year-end closing for the accounting and reporting areas
· Responsible for the administration and custody of company financial systems and their interfaces (JDE OW, AS 400, Data flex)

Financial Reporting Coordinator ( July 1999 – Oct 2002)
Key Accountabilities
· Coordinated the financial reporting process for local management and headquarter in Houston
· Reviewed monthly Business Performance results with Country Manager
· Provided support on the company business plan preparation
· Provided advisory to Supporting Business Units in terms of performance, stewardship, business plan and accounting practices

Downstream Accounting Supervisor (Dec 98 – Jun 99)

· Responsible for providing Downstream (Lubes/Fuels) Financial Statements under FASB 52 and US GAAP
