Experience with Following Welding:
o SMAW
o GTAW
o Automatic welding
o Semi Automatic (PWT)
• Visual inspection of pipes at the time of receiving and preparation the Pipe Haulage reports and interpretation with client inspector for acceptable criteria.
• Preparing method statements and procedures.
• Qualification of welders in accordance with the project specification.
• Conducting PQR.
• Receiving material from warehouse, verifying the heat number, verifying the schedule.
• Fit up check, weld visual check.
• Maintaining consumable records
• Preparing daily welding reports.
• Co-ordination with NDT Subcontractor, generating request for NDT.
• Report Review.
• Film Interpretation in accordance with applicable code.
• Witness of hardness ,MPI testing and DP testing
• Maintaining and updating pipe book.
