Project engineer
TIFERT is a Tunisian Indian Joint Venture project for the construction of a phosphoric acid plant (360 000 TP2O5/day) based on Turnkey (LSTK) in a multiple lots (concentrated and diluted phosphoric acid units, sulfuric acid unit , desalination unit, cold utilities and offsite) with a total cost of 496 MUSD.
Member of commissions for:
• Preparation of general and particular technical specifications for the international call for tender of TIFERT project.
• Technical evaluation of the proposals (12 offers, process part).
• Contractual technical negotiation for all the lots (basic data and guaranties, particular and general technical specifications).
• The Front End Engineering (FEED) of the diluted phosphoric acid unit (brief design process, flow sheets, PID, equipment sizing)
• Internship in the maintenance operations department in the Gabès phosphoric acid plant (ICM 2) for 06 months: supervision of the maintenance operations of the annual shutdown of the phosphoric acid unit (managed team of 20 persons).
Trip to India (15 days): Visit to the Indian Partners company: Gujarat State Fertilizers and chemicals (GSFC) and Coromandel Fertilizers Limited (CFL): observation of the technology used on the production of

Maintenance engineer
Prepare the maintenance annual schedule of the reconditioning and repair of the thermal diesel engine of heavy duty mining Trucks: Hydraulic shovels, dumper, bulldozer, compressors and loader (Caterpillar, Cummins, BEML and Komatsu)
Supervision of : the maintenance operations and the overall diesel engine performances tests.
Member of commission selected by the head office for the staff and the equipment safety in the phosphate washing plants:
• Establish report (locate the dangerous area, the equipment and the metallic structure to be replaced, reparation schedule, cost estimation…).
• Supervision of the maintenance operation of the Métlaoui washing plant II: supervision of dismantling, metallic structure manufacturing, and new structure construction operations.
Selected by the head office to be a team member of TIFERT project.
