-From 01/02/2005 worked as field engineer for OSOCO (Off Shore Shukier Oil Company) at Ras Shukier –Red Sea –Egypt. it is an owner oil company which have several onshore and off shore production wells with one artificial lift station and offshore platform and gas oil separation plant processed and managed by mixed electrical and pneumatic control system.

RESPONSALBILITY AND MAIN DUITIES:

I work as ROTATING EQUIPMENT FIELD ENGINEER (OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE) who is responsible for the followings:
*Operation and maintenance for 4 artificial lift units (water injection) using NATIONAL OIL WELL pumps derived by CATERPILLAR diesel engines with vertical and horizontal vessels. The system feeds down hole GUBERSON DRESSER jet pump.

*Operation and maintenance for gas oil separation plant consists of multi stages of separation using horizontal and vertical vessels, interstage pumps with complete mixed automatic control system (electrical and pneumatic) uses VERSA,AMOT,FISHER,PARTON ,HALLIBURTON flow meters, pressure recorders and controllers.

* Operation and maintenance for AUTOCON pneumatic control panel used for manage operation of surface and subsurface safety valves installed on oil production wells using HASKEL pumps.

*Operation and maintenance trouble shooting for 10 diesel generators and 5 industrial engine CATERPILLAR models 3406,3306 ,3304.

* Operation and maintenance for offshore hydraulic jib crane 2.5 ton with double slewing action.

* Operation and maintenance for test separator with all and devices installed AMOT, FISHER, HALLIBURTON used to control and measure pressure , temperature and rates of oil, gas and water in order to evaluate production wells.

* experience in Lay outing, Vibration analysis, preparation of data sheets and specifications of rotating machines, Rotating Equipment selection, vendor proposal and documents review of Pumps, Compressors, Offshore Platform Equipment, Preparation of Welding Plan (preparation of WPS, PQR,…), accessories of Rotating Machine Packages ( Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels Piping, Filters) and installation of Rotating Equipment at site ,Practical experience in the coordination of rotating machines of projects from basic design, detail design, procurement, construction supervision, pre-commissioning, start-up and handover for onshore and offshore projects, preparation of Material Requisition, pre-qualification, Technical Bid Analysis and preparation of Purchase Order, preparation of tender document, vendor negotiation, vendor document control and coordination and claims analysis.

* Preparation of mechanical design criteria, specifications, data sheet, basic and detail design for rotating equipment (diesel generators , gas engines ,reciprocating pumps, centrifugal pumps, dosing pumps, compressors, gear unit, and production equipment, etc).Evaluation of Rotating Equipment vendor proposal and vendor document check and review, Preparation of Material Requisition (M.R.), Technical Bid Analysis (T.B.A.) and Purchase Order (P.O.) for rotating equipment, rotating machine packages.
