Career Objective

Professional Experience
Major Accountabilities:
1. Responsible for plant equipment studies i.e. Columns, Exchangers & Vessels. Involved in Mechanical design of PressureVessels and HeatExchangers for revamp projects backed by engineering software based on ASME & TEMA codes.
2. Ensuring implementation and adherence to equipment specifications to finally meet requirement of as built fabrication drawings and manufacturing department.
3. Detailed design of Process Piping and Supports using AutoPIPE Plus in accordance with B31 codes. Preparing and reviewing piping specification in accordance with company standards and engineer codes (Snamprogetti standards). 4. Liaises with construction department for execution in accordance with design scope and relevant technical specifications for BMR projects. Review all piping documentation to confirm conformity with design.
5. Assistance in man-hours estimate for new project in proposal phase.
Worked for Commercial Management on specific tasks for Bidding. Prepare commercial / technical Request for Quotation (RFQ), evaluate both commercial / technical bids and assist in initiating LOI to vendors. Coordinate with legal department and finalize General Purchase Conditions to keep management updated for major areas of concern.
Plantsite Assistance:
1. Streamlined major plant piping issues related to operational problem. Recently, I have completed Piping System analysis and Support Design for Ammonia and Urea Plant. Supervised all support installation.
2. Carried out Mechanical Vibration analysis for machinery piping (solving vibration problems through modal analysis i.e. restraining piping system in accordance with field vibration data) and Flow Induced Vibration analysis of heat exchangers.
3. Review NDT records applied on our plants such as data of surface damage and distortion, monitor thickness measurements, and supervise hydrotest activities at local/foreign vendor shops and checking welding activities (WPS and PQR) with ASME and third party inspectors.

Major field: Piping Analysis, Heat Exchanger evaluations, Renewable energies.
