To involve in the basic design engineering, procurement & construction (EPC)Project during proposal, FEED and execution.

„X Currently employed and working in a project proposal for technical and commercial proposal for oil / gas & petroleum upstream and downstream Engineering, Procurement and Construction. Involved in basic design engineering project including the participation in construction planning, inquiry to tender package preparation, procurement activities and other project activities.
„X Lead subcontract section, supervising discipline Quantity Surveyors and local procurement activities. Preparing tender documents and sending invitation to bid to selected bidders for subcontracting works. Negotiating change orders to subcontractors and amending as well. Assisting change proposal preparation for various clients¡¦ change requests. Closing-out the subcontracting works including final settlement of subcontractor¡¦s account.
„X Quantity Surveying works in multi-disciplines (civil, building, structural, mechanical, HVAC, piping, electrical & instrumentation) from material/bill of quantity take-off up to final bill of quantity settlement with the contractor/subcontractor. Establishing star rates (or new unit rates), which is not existing in the subcontract for additional items. Monitoring field changes and prepare change proposal. Assessing subcontractor¡¦s various change proposals and amending by issuing change order.
„X Supervised different nationalities of subcontractors for tank erection works in oil terminal plant projects and subsequently promoted to planning engineer in the next phase of the project, such as engineering, procurement and construction project. Coordinating interfaces to client and attending interface meeting. Periodic progress updating and reporting.
„X Supervised multi-disciplines/multi-nationals for procurement and construction of piping works in existing and operational oil & gas facilities and coordinating with project proponent (client) for hand-over of the work area and safety clearance prior to start the hot work activities. Supervised critical tie-ins by hot tapping work into operational LPG pipeline underneath the Sphere Tank, hook-ups/tie-in into flammable pipe line and hot tapping/tie-in to flammable storage tanks.
„X Supervised multi-disciplines/multi-nationals for various oil & gas tank maintenance and refurbishment works with close coordination to operation, safety and project proponent (client).
