Planning & Programming of the project with primavera and montoring progress

From July 2007 till date, Poullaides Construction Company, (ISO Certified), Kingdom of Bahrain.
Position Held : Project Planning Engineer.
Project Name : Riffa Views Project, Bahrain.
Client: Riffa Golf & Residential Development Authority.
Consultant : Mohammed Salauddin Consulting Engineers (MSCEB).
Project Manager : M/s MACE International,(UK).

Duties & Responsibilities

• Preparing the Contract programme and Clause 14 programme with P3.
• Co-ordination with Construction Manager & Project Engineers.
• Monitoring & updating the progress.
• Attending progress meetings with the client & consultant along with the Project Manager.
• Preparing Cash flow summary & coordinating in the monthly valuations.
• Preparing the various look ahead programmes.
• Preparing detailed individual programmes for each villa.
• Preparing daily,weekly and monthly reports of the project.
Additional Responsibility: Certified ISO Internal Auditor for the other projects of the company.

From April-2006 to June 2007 with Consolidated Contractors Company(CCC), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Position Held : Assistant Planning Engineer.
Project Done : Khursaniyah Gas Plant Project,(KGP).
Client : SAUDI ARAMCO.
Project Value : USD $ 1.20 Billion.

Duties & Responsibilities

•Co-ordination with Planning Engineer & the concerned department.
•Preparing the programme for the Material Delivery Schedule.
•Progress recording of the Material Delivery Schedule.
•Expediting Material deliveries.
•Preparing the Material Tracking Reports.
•Attending the progress meetings of the concerned department.
•Getting Material approvals & preparing reports.
Experience in India:
QC Engineer with ACC, Wadi:
ACC is the largest producer of cement in India with its factories spread across 13 different locations in the country.
Responsibilities:
•In charge of maintaining the QC standards in construction of the CC road by ACC through a Local Contractor.
•Testing of the concrete for workability with slump test.
•Casting of cubes for performing the strength tests after 7 and 21 days.
•Maintaining the required water cement ratio for required strength.
•Keeping a record of daily progress of the concreting.

BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING IN CIVIL( WITH DISTINCTION )
DIPLOMA IN CIVIL ENGINEERING.

• PRIMAVERA- P3
• STAAD
• AUTOCAD
