„« Witnessing hydro/pneumatic test, subsequent draining, cleaning, steam/air/nitrogen blowing, water flushing.
„« Inspection of flanges, Bolts, Gasket, valves, Bolt Torqing & Tape wrap for underground piping
„« Installation and inspection of pipeline as per ISO drawing
„« Preparation of test packages
„« Pre-Hydro test punch listing and re-instatement verification
„« Reviewing Welding Procedure Preparation according to ASME section IX.
„« Surveillance welding consumables as per WPS.
„« Perform welding inspection to ensure that all welding activities are properly executed conforming to approve Welding Procedure Specification (WPS).
„« Witness welders and welding operator qualification test scrutinize WPS, PQR, and WQT.The examination includes material identification, welding consumables, joint preparation, fit-up, heat treatment, welding variables, parameter and techniques,
„« Select best NDE method for final appearances of finish welds, PWHT, and hardness test. Check and review it
„« Fit-up and welding inspection of all fabricated Structures, welded pipes etc, as per Drawing & Specification.
„« Knowledge in application of codes and standards of ASME B16.5, B16.20, B31.1, B31.3 and AWS.
„« Coordinating inspection activities as per client requirement & Project planning and execution to minimize the cost
„« Co-ordination of RT work and compilation of weld History sheet.
„« Witnessing alloy verification.
„« Inspection of joint fit up, spool fabrication, Welded joints and Installation work
„« Monitoring welder‘¦s performance report to minimize the rejection percentage.
„« QC line check and punch clearing activities.
„« Witnessing and Verification Reinforcement pad leak test.
„« Involved in the inspection of Flange Alignment and Valve Cleaning.
„« Prepare report Daily, Weekly and monthly update to QC manager.

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with first class from SIRC.R.R Polytechnic in the year of 1999.
