RAW MATERIAL ANALYSIS

„« Worked in Quality Control laboratory and had wide exposure to all the analytical methods for testing the Petrochemical feed stock like Benzene, Toluene, Xylem, Alcohols, Linear Alkyl Benzene , Propylene Glycol, Diethyl Glycol ,Monomers , Fillers and Speciality Chemicals. on regular basis in shifts.

PROCESS INTERMEDIATE /FINISHED PRODUCT SAMPLES

„« Different streams of process intermediate and finished product samples are received from
the different process units are being analyses on regular basis as per the routine schedule.
Analysis reports are being communicated immediately to the process units through LIMS.

UTILITIES SAMPLES

„« Regular process control analysis is being done on samples from Water Dematerialize, Boilers, Cooling Water system, API Separator, Fuel gas System samples are being analyzed on regular basis in shifts.

COORDINATION WITH OTHER DEPARTMENT

„« Coordinated with Technical Services by carrying out Pilot Plant studies for evaluation
of new raw materials and new suppliers; Operation /Planning Department ¡V to give full support and speed up the activities; Materials Department ¡V To maintain sufficient quantity of chemicals,solvents,instrument spares ,gas cylinders and miscellaneous items ; Customer
Service Department ¡V to resolving the customer complaints.

CALIBRATION, STANDARDISATION & METHOD VALIDATION OF LABORATORY INSTRUMENTS

„« Calibration of laboratory instruments are been carried out by means of primary standards
Initially generating secondary standards and plotting a control chart and predicting the
Warning limit and control limit by deriving standard deviation in accordance with practice
of standard testing methods.

LABORATORY PROFICIENCY TESTING

„« Participating proficiency testing program for ASTM ,Approved bodies and between the
Company groups for the performance evaluation.

„« Ensure that tests as assigned are performed in a timely manner in accordance with validated test protocols and procedures.
