1.0 Senior Technician (2000-present)
a. Perform MT,PT, UT thickness measurement, Remote visual inspection (boroscope, fiberscope, videoscope), witness pressure test, PSV pop test,hardness test, DFT test, painting and coating inspection, insulation installation.
b. Review and interpret RT film.
c. Monitor and coordinate inspection contractor perform UTFD,TOFD, UT long range, UCS, RFET,IRIS, Acoustic Emission, Acoustic Impact, Tower scanning, IR thermograph.
d. Monitor and inspect welding job.
e. Monitor and inspect pressure vessel, storage tank, piping and equipments cleaning and repair job.
