Professional Experience
1. Create and update the company's internal policies and procedures to ensure smooth work flow in compliance to the Egyptian Labor Law.
2. Manage the update of employees' personal files to ensure compliance to labor and social insurance law.
3. Create and maintain open channels with the labor law and social insurance office to align and be aware of any new changes.
4. Handle, validate the establishment’s process of the company at the different authorities (Labor office, Insurance authority, Medical authority).
5. Create, maintain and implement the employment process; hiring, termination, to ensure compliance with the labor law and company policies and procedures.
6. Handle, manage the Performance Appraisal Management System across the company.
7. Analyze the appraisal results to assist in driving the development plans into the strategic company’s approach.
8. Extend support in preparing the promotions plan.
9. Assist in recruitment process (screening, selecting, and interviews).
10. Provide functional support to prepare the job description to each job holder.
11. Create, update the periodical reports to Insurance, Labor Office.
12. Create, update and maintain employees' information data bank to provide top management with analysis and reports to support strategic decisions.
13. Prepare, accumulate, and analyze the med year/yearly budget report.
14. Motivate, coach and develop personnel staff to increase their performance.
15. Review, validate and implement the benefits program such as medical coverage, mobile allowance, etc., on all employees, each in his/her level to guarantee the levels equalization.
16. Receive, evaluate and recommend medical service providers to fulfill the company medical benefit.
17. Supervise, follow up all medical issues related to employees, negotiate premiums for discounts upon renewal of contracts and ensure proper implementation of the benefit.
18. Interface with all third parties providing HR services outsourcing.
19. Administer, monitor and validate all salaries effects; overtime, penalties...etc., to prepare the monthly payroll.
20. Supervise the Attendance/Leaving System.
21. Supervise the Vacations System.
22. Handle all internal investigations
23. Handle expatriates residency and work permits
24. Assist, coordinate in the event’s gift procurement
