Essential Duty & Responsibilities:
Defines and organizes Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) from definition of request to Contractors up to the delivery to Field Operations.
Coordinates the Local Document Controllers in each work package, including training and control to ensure consistency of Project EDMS.
Supporting project activities by maintaining and updating both electronic and hard copy equipment documentation including PSM documentation, operating manuals, and stable operations data.
Responsible to ensure that the Project EDMS is providing staff and contractors with efficient access to reliable documents.
Prepares the handover of Project Documents to Field Operations and the migration of Project documents to archives.
Perform constant analysis of the documents produced by contractors to check their compliance with Project standards regarding numbering, graphic charts, symbology and all others aspect related to document quality
Checks the progress of documents production by contractors in coordination with schedule engineers and quantity surveyor.
Manage and control the exchange of documents with Contractors
Maintain an awareness of industry and professional best practice in relation to documentation management issues
