PRAL (Pakistan Revenue Automation Ltd)
1. Worked as a Data Processing Executive (EV) in the Customer Service Center, Custom House Karachi, Pakistan Revenue Automation Limited (PRAL), a company owned by the CBR (Central Board of Revenue) that provides hardware and software solutions to the CBR projects. Also worked as a Data Verifier under the same management, Responsible for the checking of Goods Declaration provided by Clearing Agents. Also worked as Facilitation Officer under the same management to solve all the problems of Clearing Agents related to Import of Goods Declaration. For a few days I worked as Human Resource Officer in the same company.
Recently CBR introduce a new software name of (E-Filing) through which Custom Clearing Agent manifest Import/Export the documents through the Online. In which I work as a help desk officer to facilitate the Clearing Agents (Importer & Exporter) and solve problem which they face in online.
2. Worked as Data Processing Executive at Customer Facilitation Centre Islamabad for 6 months to deal with customers and solve their problems they face in Import & Export.
3. Presently working as Data Processing Executive in the same company in NTN Cell Old CBR Building Islamabad and familiar to all problems related to NTN and Income Tax.
