Responsibilities Duties & Responsibilities :
Shutdown Preventive/Break Down inspection of static equipment unfired pressure vessels and piping systems , pressure relieving devices in process units such as Distillation, Treating, conversion, Hydrogen Generation / Recovery, Utilities.
Inspection of Reformers, Heaters, Reactors, Fractionators, Towers, Fin Fan coolers, Oil coolers ,Rupture Disc, Safety Relieving valves
Identify areas of concern and propose dedicated inspection procedures to follow-up their resolution to improve Plants Integrity.
Assist the Inspection & Corrosion Section Head to prepare long and short-term inspection Business Plans and Budgets.
Issue inspection advise and repair techniques with materials selection, welding procedures specification, Welder qualification, Non destructive testing, Post weld Heat Treatment, inspection and Hydro testing requirements.
Co ordination with Maintenance, Operation and Process departments
Comply with all company Health, Safety and Environment as well as Work Permit, policies and procedures
