Design and Fabrication of a Robotic Work Cell using ABB IRB-2400, Industrial Robot.
Deliverables are,
1. Designing and Simulation of Work Cell using Work Space 5.0
2. Installation and Commissioning of ABB IRB-2400
3. Interfacing of ABB IRB-2400 with PC
4. Programming of ABB IRB-2400
5. Controlling of robot through a vision system
6. Designing and manufacturing of a Gripper

Semester Projects
1. Design and Fabrication of Robot for National Engineering Robotics Contest 2006 and 2007.
2. Arithmetic Logic Unit (ALU) implemented using logical gates.
3. Implementation and Design of 5V regulated power supply.
4. Design and fabrication of ,an accelerometer based, human interface device.
5. Interfacing PS-2 Mouse and PS-2 Keyboard with 89C51 Microcontroller and Designing Mouse and Keyboard.
6. IR Transmission and Reception of Square Wave and Filtering through Two Band Pass Filters
7. Signal conditioning of various sensors and transducers.
8. Precise position and velocity control of a DC servo motor using analog and digital components.
9. Implementation of NULL MODEM and other projects including port operation in
C Language.
10. Designed and implemented a color sorter mechanism for separating two different objects on the basis of color by using sensors and microcontroller.

Command in using Microcontrollers and computer software such as Workspace 5, RobotStudio 3.1, AutoCAD, Pro-Engineer, Solid Edge, Keil, OrCAD, Express PCB, Electronics Workbench, Matlab, PSpice, Logix Pro, MS Visual C/C++, MS Office, MS Windows.
