Working as a Rig Mechanic Responsible for all equipments rig location routine, preventive ˇV maintenance, inspection and fieldˇV repairing Etc.

Working as a Rig Mechanic in M/s. Kuwait Drilling Company, Both Kelly drive and Top drive systems, Cat-engines, National oil well Mud pumps, Top Drive systems Varco 11SA, Hydraulic Disc break, Iron roughneck & Power slips etc. Responsible for all equipments routine, preventive ˇV maintenance, inspection and fieldˇV repairing of all machinery and mechanical equipment on the rig and camp

„« Personally responsible for own safety and conducting ones.
Carry out all duties in the safest possible manner
„« Responsible for all machinery and mechanical equipment
on the Rig and camp scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
as per manufacturer, company specifications and procedures
„« Working with crew members, maintenance personals and third-
party service companies day to day operations on the rig
accordance with company policies and safty policies
„« Responsible for availability of adequate spare parts,
hand tools, fuel, lubricants and rig water
„« Maintain all required records, documentation
„« Conducting dismantling, packaging preparation for rig move and
Re-assembling in new locations
„« Conducting visual and where possible functional
inspections for all machinery and mechanical equipment
on the Rig
„« Supervising maintenance related Mechanical, welding and
fabrication works in the various Project in KOC, KNPC Refineries and
Gathering centers
„« Supervising maintenance related welding and fabrication works
in the Refinery.
„« Allotment of manpower based on daily planning schedules
from Workshop Chief.
„« Arrangement of necessary tools and consumables etc.

„« Recommendations for improvement in welding and fabrication processes
„« Planning for material and execution of modification works
in the Refinery.
„« Conversant with ASME / API Codes and Standards for Welding
