Train 4, Expansion LNG Karachaganak Project AKSAI , North Kazakhstan.The main responsibilities:Ø Management of Health, Safety and Environment System,Ø Implement HSE Company Policy and Procedures.Ø Elaborate Risk Assessment Procedure, Emergency Response Plan for Project, Waste Management. Ø Implement Workplace Risk Assessment Procedure & Implement Permit to Work System AGIP Rev. 06 , provide RA for all kind of daily activities.Ø Provide and update all Project Job Safety Analysis, RA.Ø Participate and perform HSE induction, safety trainings, pre-job talks, toolbox talks, HSE trainings, in-house internal HSE trainings, emergency drills at Site, Production Base & Campus.Ø Perform HSE Bulletins, Flash Bulletins & Safety Alerts.Ø Supervision HSE Activities, Cooperation with AGIP HSE Management and BATEMAN HSE ManagementØ Tool box talk Risk Identification Cards, Hazard Observation Cards, CAR, Near Miss follow up, SIMOPS, HAZCON.Ø HSE Reports and Statistics.Ø Work among multinational personnel
