Project feasibility studies of reconnaissance of local conditions, analysis of technical feasibility, preliminary planning including analysis of alternative solutions, cost estimates based on technical planning, investigation of the impact of extensions on existing system.
Working in tendering, proposals and cost estimation section.
Checking engineering drawings, layouts, one line diagrams schematic diagrams, hazardous area classification plans, data sheets, specifications, and handling requisitioning of materials / equipment, Vendors bid evaluations, inspection and witness testing of Electrical equipment, preparation of subcontract packages, etc.
Managing my discipline, coordinating and liaising with the construction engineers, subcontractors, client, vendors, and third party representatives, providing technical support on site, commissioning of plant equipment and Vendor packages, handling of quality assurance documentation, handling of site queries.
Supervising the E&I installation works covering Power Systems such as HV/LV Transformers, HV/LV Switchgears / MCCs, Cable laying, Earthing systems, lighting , small power, splices and cable end for all kind of cables as detailed below.
Project implementation and commissioning including overall project management, quality control, checking and approval of manufacturing and review of construction drawings, project managing at site, construction, and erection supervision, acceptance and taking over, progress reports, finalization and approval of test program and procedures, coordination and supervision of commissioning, quality checks, function test, FAT and SAT, supervision of trial operation As-built documentation and completion report, supervision during guarantee period.
