•Preparation, submission&approval of Test pack with client Engineering department.ensure that all the quality control records and material certificates are reviewed and compiled into QA/QC Dossiers, MRB and MEP in accordancwith EPMS procedures and EC contract requirements.•Ensure all dossiers have an approved index and format which adequately covers the scope of work
•Coordinate comments from other discipline reviewers into a singlecommentssheet for each dossier•Expedite the issue of EC QA/QC records to ensure dossiers are complete and available prior to release of deliverables from EC sites
•Ensure the administration of all quality records in an orderly
mannertoguarantee their traceability;•Monitor and report progress against the approved dossier deliverables list•Interface on inspection activities with site based ECMT discipline engineers.ensuring that quality control monitoring activities do not adversely impactthe schedule.Review documentation issued by Execution Contractors with the assistance of Discipline Engineers if required. Ensure that comments are consolidated and addressed to reach the stage of submission to theAuthorities.
Using MS-Project &MS-Excel, Daily progress monitoring according to Schedule. Monthly man-hours details preparation,Organisation chart preparation
Commissioning Man-hours details preparation, Daily progress report reviews.
Quotation preparation and claim for invoices to client, Preparation of Schedule to accomplish The Target as per Client requirement.
System: Preparation of Quotation and Submit to client for claim, LPO Preparation for Power and Water, Equipments, Vehicles, Manpower deployment, Document works.
Insulation
prepared monthly measurement report as per progress for pipes and fittings and
Measurement certification with Client for billing.Preparation of Inspection report to arrange various Stage inspections with Client and Consultant by cautiously read the drawing and arrange the inspection such as Packer plate Foundation Checking, leveling, Initial coupling alignment & Final coupling alignment for highCapacity &Lower capacity Pumps. Foundation, Verticality, Centering and leveling inspectionFor tanks.Inspection Preparation based on ITP (Inspection and test plan) and the Tolerance checks as per API Standard (American Petroleum Institute).
