Responsibilities:
HSE Systems development:
•As HSE Officer develop and operate the safety systems across all the operations and ensure the equipment, procedures are inherently safe and all HSE requirements are complied with.
•Establish procedures, safety manual, Making Material safety Data sheets for all the chemicals and other materials.
•Constantly upgrade safety knowledge and technologies of employees by encouraging them to attend seminars & training courses in safety.
•Establish safe procedures for excavation, confined entry, working at heights, lifting appliances & lifting operations, manual operations, provide appropriate personal protection equipments.
Safety System Management and Preparedness:
•Implement Accident & Incident procedure on site
•Conduct Mock drills on site, Fire drills and explaining the operation of fire extinguishers
•Regularly inspect and test fire alarm systems, sprinkler system, and scaffolding, conduct gas testing.
•Check industrial safety like access & egress, signs & colour codes, edge protection conduct daily routine inspection and identify system malfunctions, shortcomings and take corrective actions, maintain their records.
•Maintain adequate stock of fully functional Personal protective equipments / ensure compliance to the onshore PPE requirements.
•Inspect electrical safety tools.
•Ensure the Work Permit System is strictly complied.
•Monitor house keeping
•Enhance awareness of the fire hydrant installation in the employees, select and train a voluntary employee group in operation of the fire fighting system, apart from the professional safety team, make them aware and expert in Fire & Emergency and First Aid.

•Diploma in Fire and Industrial Safety Engineering, Cochin fire guard, 2003, First Class.
•HSC, Physics Chemistry and Maths, Kerala Board, 2002, First Class.
•SSLC, Physics Chemistry and Maths, Kerala Board, 2000, Pass

•Advanced fire fighting technology SEPTI (Govt. of India).
•Operation of Advanced fire tenders.
•First aid.

•Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point.
