Have 06 Years Experience of Planning, Scheduling, Supervising & Executing of Routine, Preventive, Breakdown maintenance and overhauling of major onshore/offshore , Petrochemical plants, Oil Refinery Plants, Gas Plants and Power Plants equipments to assure their long term reliability which includes, Steam turbine, Steam boiler, main condensate and boiler feed pumps along with stages booster pumps, regenerative air heaters along with the replacement of their cold, intermediate and hot end elements, Gas recirculation Fans, Furnace oil unloading plant, burners, different instrument and service air compressors, different heavy duty types of fluid handling pumps and gas & liquid heat transfer coolers. I am well experienced in maintenance and Overhauling of Process Heaters, Heat Exchangers, Air fin Coolers, Columns, Vessels and Valves. Obtained COMMENDATION CERTIFICATE and REWARD MONEY from M/s Karachi Electric Supply Corporation (KESC) for the major overhauling of the said unit.
