Analysis of Construction Activities Progress. Involved in Data Base Development, Client’s Task Schedule for Subcontractors, Management and coordination of Main schedule Activities. Cost Estimate of Manpower, Tools, material Storage Services, Equipment. Analysis and Estimate of Expense as per completed activities by Subcontractors. Involved in Progress Development Plan
Preparation, Development and Update of Requisition Plan of the Client and Cubcontractors upon availability of required manpower, tools, material storage services, equipment as per Main Activities Schedule. Review of Engineering Schedules to agree with Procurement and Material Departments, Preparation of «curve» Charts to track Construction Activities, Discussion of Completed Activities as per submitted reports by Subcontracted Organisations
Construction Progress Control Specialist. Analysis and Approval of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports on Site Construction Progress. Support, Preparation of Data of Completed Activities for Client. Estimate and Analysis of completed activities. Work with data, and data analysis. Monitoring of Daily and Weekly Reports submitted by Subcontractors. Preparation of Daily, weekly and Monthly Reports for Client. Planning, Analysis of Progress with Client and Subcontractors. In-Time Submission of Physical Progress Data. Estimate and Analysis of Progress, Completed Activities. Work with Subcontractors on Performed Activities. Internal and External Audits on Construction Site: of Oil Equipment (OOG), Pipeline, Pipe Racks, Secondary Facilities, Audit Report Preparation. Field Supervision of Construction Activities, Pipe Fabrication Shop (contractor), Pipe Racks.
