• Successfully commissioned high temperature/high pressure MULTI TUBULAR REACTOR/STEAM DRUM (Direct oxidation of Ethylene) and also conducted successful trial/hot run for the same.
• Successfully commissioned high temperature/high pressure carbon dioxide removal section (CO2 removal from reactor outlet gas) and also conducted successful trial/hot run for the same.
• Successfully commissioned the ethylene oxide scrubber and glycol distillation columns.
• Successfully commissioned the Oxygen Mixing Station and interlocks checking.
• Re-commissioned the heat recovery system in the plant after careful assessment of heat balance study. That has resulted in reduction of steam consumption and thereby substantial cost reduction on utility.
• Checking of instrumentation and mechanical completion of lines and equipments as per P&ID.
• Line flushing and drying, Equipment internals inspection and checking.
• Trial runs of compressors and pumps, Process interlocks checking and stroke checking of control valves, Leak testing of various gas handling lines and vacuum systems.
