1. December, 2002 to May, 2004 experience as a Supervisor in Quality Control Department in a heavy steel industry of M/S, Huffaz Seamless Pipe Industries Ltd, ISO 9001-2000, API 5L,API 5CT, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, &I.I.P Certified, Karachi.
2. June, 2004 to Dece, 2007 worked as a Shift Incharge in Quality Control Department in M/S, Huffaz Seamless Pipe Industries Ltd Karachi.
3. January, 2008 to presently working as a Shift In charge in Quality Control & Production Department in M/S, Huffaz Seamless Pipe Industries Ltd Karachi.
Responsibilities:
ľ Control the quality of procedures materials used for production of Seamless Pipes & Tubes.
ľ Inspecting, Testing and Identifying products according to a documented procedure.
ľ Prepare and execute quality, Inspection and test plan for each type of product.
ľ Estimate and prepare inspection and test requirements for items materials, etc. in coordination with the concernt department head.
ľ Ensure that Inspection and test have been performed to comply with all contracted specification i.e. ASTM, ASME API 5L, API 5CT, BSS, DIN, JIS, &SAE etc.
ľ Ensure that product identification is maintained during all stages of Production.
ľ Study and implementation of Statistical Process Control and Statistical Quality Control. (SPC&SQC).Inspection by the different tests of Pipes & Tubes, ie,
„X Mechanical Tests.(Performance test,Hardness test,Tensile test)
„X Chemical Analyses
„X Hydrostatic Test.
