- Responsible for the complete procurement process of the assigned areas starting from requirement of material to delivery which includes but not limited: to solicitation, offer evaluation, negotiation, award, delivery management, conflict resolution and payment.
- Procurement of all engineering spares/ miscellanous items from the best available sources with the target of getting the minimum price in a defined period of time.
- Handling all issues related to freight forwarding, shipping, insurance.
- Monitor deliveries of all the items procured and maintaining a close follow-up with the vendors for timely deliveries and reporting on weekly basis as necessary.
- Maintaining liaison with all the stake holders to ensure the timely delivery of all the materials.
- Work as interface for clarification of all issues, quries related to material purchasing / services.
• Monitor well project, budgeting, Gas Plant maintenance procurement / services (Plant shutdowns, maintenance, vessel lining, instrumentation, mechanical works, consultancy for plant modifications etc.).
• Issuance of Sealed Tender enquiry, managing tender opening (in-house or public), evaluation / negoitating commerially.
• Award of purchase orders/contracts consisted of tender evaluations (Technical evaluation plus commercial evaluation), seeking Joint Venture partners’ approvals as per Joint Operations Agreements and contract signatures etc.).
