Assist Manager Projects in coordinating with all functional managers within IT to align activity and resource planning. Provision of required reports from time to time. Ensure documentation related to projects, operations and processes are available and up to date. Assist Manager Projects managing the external interfaces and liaison with company PMO. Make sure that all the management system processes are adhered to, through perfecting key technologies like PDAs (Pocket PCs) on the wireless network.
