•Recording the Debit and Credit notes in the bank sub-ledger, and making the necessary reconciliation.
•Preparing financial records including all out going checks, banking and petty cash procedures.
•Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents
•Issuing Payments, Follow Staff Advance, Review payments, checking supplier invoices for accuracy.
•Issuing purchase order and Goods Receiving Note and code to proper accounts based on the company chart of accounts and policies
•Preparing the cost analysing report for each of the company's projects.
•Making regular balance confirmations with the suppliers.
•Preparing monthly financial statements (Such As Trial Balance, Cash Flow, Income Statement and The Balance Sheet.
•Issuing monthly reports to management.
•Responsible of (Following the fixed assets Department) at the company.
•Following up the statues of all fixed assets with all the company's brunches all over the country.
•Audit all entries related to the company’s fixed assets and all other documents in a regular way.
•Entering Suppliers invoices that submitted for payment to ensure they complies with the monthly budget to proper approval.
•Assist external auditors in preparation of schedules, financial reports; supply them with supporting documents for the balance sheet items and all expenditures.
