Process/Operation Engineer

Coordination with clients to resolve the problem related to the start up of plant and implements the same at site, coordinate with the vendors for the technical issues related to the process and coordinate the availability of vendor at site as per the requirements. Coordinate with various departments to resolve the issues related to the discipline departments for the smooth operation of plant and maximum productivity.

Preparation of commissioning manual, which includes systems identification, detailed procedure for precommissioning and commissioning, formats & check list for equipment & system check, catalyst, chemicals & lube schedule, precommissioning and commissioning schedule etc.


Commissioning: finalize sequence of commissioning, prepare log sheets and analysis requirement, start up the plant individual system as per plan, integrate individual systems and input of feed, monitoring of process parameters & correcting the same and trouble shooting through DCS, prepare tripping and daily production report.

Passed 4-years degree in chemical engineering in 2002 from Aligarh Muslim University with the 66.69%
