Professional Experience
Installation of hardware instrumentation, loop check, pre commissioning, commissioning with DCS, PLC, & TRICONEX System. Coordinating between Client, Vendor, and Sub-Contractor, upto Mechanical completion Certificate. Preparation of loop packages Documentation, Progress report, Punch list item closer. Installing the systems like DCS of YOKOGAWA CS3000 R3 Version, MC, LCP, UPS System for Control Panels, networking panel, power distribution panel, inst panel as per panel location plan. Grounding all the panels and JB as per AC safety, Instrument safety and DC reference grounding by installation separate bus bar for AC safety and inst safety to avoid interface to signals as per ASI. Outdoor instrument junction box, local control panels as per outdoor location plan. Installing the instruments at a standard elevation which is easy to access and considering the service line is gas, liquid or steam as per API standard installation of, impulse tubing, airline tubing inst valves as per pneumatic hookup drawing on the exact service line which is specified in the P& IDs and piping drawing etc,.calibration all type of electronics and pneumatic transmitter & control valve .loop checking & interlock.
