QA/QC -TANKS/PIPING/WELDING

QA/QC & Construction works. Knowadge of BS, API & ASME Codes required for LNG, GAS & Power projects.Inspection /supervision of Piping, Tanks and Welding (Fabrication & Erection) for LNG tanks & Terminal works.

•Preparation, Checking and reviewing of MS AND ITP/QCP’S.
•Verification of compliance to applicable drawings, codes and specification.
•Co-ordination with Field engineering, sub contractor, client and TPI.
•Lead Quality Inspections team and coordination with Client.
•Verifying parent Materials identity/ receipt inspection and reviewing the MTC.
•Run, Witnessing the WPQT’s and maintaining the WPS/WQT’s records.
•In-process welding surveillance to verify with specified procedure any pre-heat, interpass temperature control and post heat requirements.
•Daily Monitoring (Supervision) Installation and Inspection (Pipe fit-up, welding) of Tanks (API-650 & 620) and piping (U/G-GRE, CS & A/G).
•Carried out the Coating/wrapping of UG Piping and Holiday test witnessed.
•Supervision on hot and cold insulation of HRSG/CTG/Piping/ LNG Tanks and Foam concreting on structure steel (Fire-proofing).
•Verification/control of Flange management system and keeping the records.
•Solving the Interface problems and co-ordinating with other disciplines to ensure timely flow of data, information both sort term and long term activities of site.
•Checking the field piping as built isometrics (Level and dimensions).
•Monitor the performance, quality and progress of the piping. And contractors compliance with contractual quality requirements.
•Identification of Non-conformity and issuing NCR for the project work and closing after corrective action.
•Preparation/review/walk-down, punch-list of test packs and witnessing the Hydro/pnuematic test (A/G & U/G).
•Carrying out the pipe flushing (cleaning), hydro test, pneumatic test and co-ordination with client.
•Working with start-up support team during commissioning, re-instatement, set-down (outages).
•Worked as a responsible for closing the punch list and re-instatement.
•Static Equipments (Columns, Vessels and Drums) All Steps inspections.
•Responsible for construction and Quality of HVAC in all phases (Construction, Inspection, Testing the system).
•Actively participate in the implementation of the Project HSE Plan.
•Provide support to Project Management on construction QA/QC matters.
•Provide inputs for the management for deviation or non compliance for QC, Safety and Environmental issues.
•Provide inputs for the Weekly and Monthly Reports
