Workover/Completion/ Well Service Supervisor.

A BSc/M Eng degree engineer with significant oil and gas experience working with operators, drilling contractor and engineering consultancy.

Manage Company activity as per Client requirements.
Supervising Workover and Completion operations carried out by Company's and Contractor's personnel at rig site.
Coordinating Workover and completion activities in accordance with programme, Company procedures and best practices.
Reporting to Completion Supervisor on regular basis on the progress of operations, and agree on any corrective action if necessary
Supervision of make-up of completion subassemblies in on-shore workshop.
Supervision of completion running, including:
Quality control checks of completion equipment shipped to the rig site,
Preparation of running and final completion tubing tallies.
Co-ordinate and supervise the on-site service companies (e.g. tubing make-up contractor, completion component providers) to provide safe, efficient, and cost effective use of resources in completion activities.
Witness and supervise installation and testing of the completion tubing, tubing hanger and X-mass tree in accordance of the approved program, ensuring all test records are available.
Ensuring that completion activities are carried out in accordance with good oilfield practice, Company’s program and the relevant Company standards.
Ensuring that completion activities are carried out safely, on time and within budget to deliver maximum value.
Ensure proper reporting and cost tracking of the completion work scope.
Daily reporting on progress of operations provide suggestions for continuous improvements, contribute to lessons learned and End-of-Well-Reports.
