• Over-all Administration & Technical Management of Fire and Safety Department.
• Implement HSE Procedures within the department

• Carry out Flammable Gas, toxic gas and Oxygen deficiency test in the
confined space.
• Inspection and maintenance of personnel protective equipment (PPE), first
aid facilities, hand Tools and self contained breathing apparatus.
• Conducting Safety, Environment and Health on Target Audits & Preparing
Reports.

• Employing skilled and semi skilled personnel for maintenance operations in
the field of Electrical And Electronics engineering.
• Inventory forecasting, monitoring and replacement through Integrated
Logistics Management System (ILMS) & Preservation of spares.
• Inspection clearance of store packages prior to dispatch to store
depot/repair agencies and acceptance inspection of indigenously
procured/repaired stores

• Graduation equivalent from Indian Navy on retirement.

• Nuclear, Biological, Chemical Damage Control including Fire Fighting Course
from INS Shivaji.
• 56 weeks Supervisory course in Aircraft Maintenance from Naval Institute of
Aeronautical Technology, Kochi.
• 2 months Certificate course in Quality Assurance Services from Indian Air
force.
• Advanced Leadership and Management courses from INS Agrani, India
