• To involve in contract preparation and contract management.

• Ensuring optimum and justified budget spending for executing well services work plan at the related field.
• Managing contractor performance in executing the job in the field.
• Introduce and apply of the new technology in the field.
• Plan and strategize the job execution in the field.
• Ensuring and uphold well integrity at the field. Shows effort to reduce number of unsafe wells, reactivated wells shut-in due to safety factor.
• Active wells availability: Efforts to reduce number of shut-in wells in the field due to mechanical problem except for work over candidates.
• Involvement in contract preparation and contractor management.
