Location: QATAR, Duration: February’ 2007 to Till now
Designation: Mechanical Engineer for STATIC equipments ,Storage tanks & Ethane / Ethylene Spheres (U2 Stamp) at Ras Laffan Olefin Project (RLOC).

Job Responsibilities:
•Supervision to make sure that Subcontractor is achieving the planned weekly progress
•Review the approved level 2 schedule and make sure that actual trend will allow the completion on time of the relative activity.
•Analyze the reasons of the delay and propose the corrective actions to subcontractor and to construction manager.
•Review 3 Weeks Look Ahead Schedule issued by Subcontractor and to make comments to Subcontractor.
•Reply to subcontractor regarding engineering clarification request.
•Expedite directly Field Engineers regarding Urgent RFI answer or Urgent IFC drawings required in order to ensure sufficient workfront to subcontractor.
•Review the weekly Shipment status received from Material Manager.
•Review directly with Material Manager the Urgent material required and inform Subcontractor about the ETA (estimated time arrival.
•Responsible to ensure that works under supervision is performed in conformity to the specifications and IFC drawings.
•Supervision to make sure that required documentation, Method Statement (MSP), Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), Material Approval request (MTS), Lifting study (STY), are issued and approved on time to not delay the work.
•Review on daily basis the RIT summary issued by Subcontractor and has to witness the critical inspections together with QA/QC inspector.
•Supervision for make sure that recording and tracking of all inspection on QCF (Quality Control Forms) is done correctly by subcontractor.
•To make sure that contractual issues have no impact on site progress or should report to subcontract manager if it is the case.
•Responsible to make sure that works under supervision is performed in respect of the safety rules & to take immediate action on site when ever unsafe situation is found.
