are in a joint venture to manufacture and market the following valves and instruments :

Consolidated Safety & Relief Valves :
a) Maxiflow Boiler Safety Valves in conformance with ASME
b) Consolidated Safety Relief Valves – Spring Loaded & Pilot Operated.
c) Ashcroft Pressure & Temperature Gauges, Accessories, Thermometers, Pressure & Temperature Switches
Also well-versed in the following products:
• a) Portable Valves –1990/2990/3990/Series
• b) Pilot Operated Valves –3900 Series

Wide-ranging responsibilities include the following:

* Preparing and coordinating vendor Non-Material Requirements, including "Final/Certified" or
"As-Built" Drawings, "Final" Instrument Specification Sheets (ISS) – Aramco 8020 ENG
form, Installation/Operation/ Maintenance Manual (IOM) and product catalogs.
* Compiling Spare Parts Data Packages & Spare Parts List required for commissioning of projects.
* Preparing QC Inspection & Test Plan; providing Inspection Test Procedures.
* Coordinate with Third Party Inspectors.
* Involved in preparing Material Test Certificates and Certificates of compliance
* Providing Positive Material Identification (PMI) / Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Reports
* Providing Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) / Procedure Qualification Record (PQR)
* Compiling Manufacturer Data Dossier/Vendor Data Book/Final Disposition Report.
