I am currently working for Kentz on the Sakhalin 2 Development project as an E&I Ex & QA/QC Inspector and l am interested in any jobs you have overseas.

Over the past ten years I have gained experience in many aspects of the trade; working on Offshore, Petro-Chem, Pharmaceutical, Polymer and Oil and Gas related Installations. In this time I have worked as an Elec Tech, Chargehand, QA/QC Inspector and an E&I Ex Inspector. I am capable of extracting data and drawings, including P&IDs, PEFS, single line diagrams and locator drawings, using various programmes including Thule, Info Works and DG Locator, to create job-packs that are used to submit ISSOWs and then for use in the field by myself or work party. I have previous experience in taking out ISSOWs and giving toolbox talks prior to works commencing. I am a competent Isolating Authority familiar with the lock out tag out system. I have experience of preparing and executing, when authorized by the AA, an isolation plan and am capable of carrying out DFTs and EPIs when necessary. I have plenty of experience when it comes to the installation of cable carrying systems and I am experienced in installing Ex equipment to IEC standards on gas plants, offshore rigs and FPSOs. I also have plenty of experience doing Ex and QA/QC Inspections in these environments as well and have signed off or created punch lists where relevant. I have supervised squads of foreign nationals who have carried out Ex and QA/QC remedial works according to the punch lists and l have followed behind them to carry out re-inspections. I have undertaken pre-commissioning works, completed PCRs and where required I have used technical drawings for fault finding on equipment and systems.
