Job Description:
v Back-up to the head, operations.
v Posting of daily transactions of customers and correspondent banks.
v Regular updating of bank reconciliation reports / investigation.
v Compilation of returns (NHF, PAYE, FMBN, WHT)
v Payroll management.
v Verification and confirmation of cheques.
v Checking balances and generation of accounts statement for customers.
v Regular updating of customers’ accounts opening mandate.
v GL balance review (Status list).
v Management of utilities Accounts.

v Supervision of call over.
v Regular monitoring of internal policy compliance.
v Vetting and re-casting of payroll and other operating expenses.
v Ensuring adequate protection and safety of all assets of the organization.
v Spot-checking and audit verification to any department of the organization.
v Regular updating and review of risk asset schedule.
