•Assisting with the development of detailed project plans.
•Liaising with and obtaining information from contractors, site superintendents and area managers for updating and reporting purposes
•Updating and monitoring progress on weekly basis and reporting to the concerned project management staff on the out comings.
•Monitoring and verifying contractor planning activities during construction
•Maintaining the overall project master schedule
•Closely monitoring the activities on the critical path and expedite those activities..
•Monitoring the technical submittal schedule
•Attending the Interfaces meeting Client-Subcontractor-Internal.
