Work Description :
- Prepare the Planning Package and Monitoring Procedure
- Coordinating each dicipline regarding their schedule activites.
- Coordinate with procurement department regarding material delivery.
- Coordiate with enginering department regarding PR and submission drawing for construction.
- Monitor physical construction.
- Preparing weekly and monthly progress report.
- Update all progress for every department in Primavera P3
- Prepare weekly and monthly manpower/manhours status report.
- Monitoring Plan and Actual Manpower/Manhours base on Schedule Activities.
- Prepare and update the Overall S-Curve for the project from the early activities until Sailout base on progress measurment.
- Prepare Schedule Analysis if the project on the critical situation.
- Attend weekly and monthly meeting with client.
- Prepare presentation for Monthy Meeting.

o Fabrication of BHP Biliton Pyreness Development Project (Cooper Cameroon (UK) Ltd.),
o Fabrication of Subsea Manifold SPS MA D6 1no (Aker Keavner),
o Fabrication of Azurite FDPSO 6 module (Azurite Sdn Bhd),
o Fabrication of 4 UTA (FMC Technologies Sdn Bhd)
o Fabrication of Skids for UOP Gas Separex Membrane System (UOP LLC)
