Civil Engineer - Oil and Gas

I have more than 9 years of experienced in the field of construction both civil and structural works. I am now currently employed with Parsons International Limited (Consultancy) and working as a Site Engineer – Roads and Utilities. The project comprises construction supervision services for the project being the improvement of the 2,700 hectare’s Saadiyat Island, immediately east of Abu Dhabi Island. The work comprises, Earthworks using dredging and reclamation methods, Roads and Highways (Expressway and Secondary Roads), Storm Water Drainage, Potable Water Distribution, Sanitary System, Irrigation Distribution and Firewater Distribution. I was employed with the Kettaneh Construction W.L.L. – Qatar as a Site Engineer and we are engaged in the construction of Gas Processing Plant Facilities Onshore at Ras Laffan Industrial City, the project are Dolphin Project with JGC as the main contractor, Ras Lafan Olefin Project, with Lahoud Engineering as the main contractor, and Ras Gas Onshore Expansion Phase II (Train # 6 & 7), with Chiyoda-Technip Joint Venture as a main contractor. It consists of several pipe racks, several vertical and horizontal vessels, duct banks, pulling pits and steel structure. My work involves monitoring and implementation of the construction process of above mentioned items to make sure all work done is in accordance with contract, approved plans, specifications, laws, ordinances and regulations of government and other authorities that have restrictions to the project. All concreting works, rebar fabrication and installation, formworks fabrication and installation and steel structure erection. With regards to my previous employment in the Philippines, I worked as a Project Engineer, QA/QC Inspector, Civil Inspector and Site Engineer in some various project in several company in the Philippines which engaged in the construction of Road Construction, Commercial and Residential Buildings (Structural, Civil and Finishing works).
