• International Welding Inspector (standard level – IIS , IIS ) and Registered Senior Welding Inspector with TWI – UK.
• More then 15 years of experience in quality management, continual improvement, compliance, procedure development, training and skill acquisition, project management in reputed engineering and manufacturing organization like Larsen & Toubro India, Petrofac Ltd – UAE, KNM–Malaysia for global Oil and Gas industries
• Thorough knowledge and working experience about Quality Assurance activities i.e. Maintaining Systems and Procedures for ISO and other Standards, Internal Auditing of various department starts from marketing –purchase, fabrication, stores and other departments.
• Thorough knowledge and working experience QC and Inspection activities, Welding & fabrication activities, manufacturing of Pressure vessels, Special structures, Marine Structures, Piping and Pipeline projects
• Project Progress and Monitoring, including material tracking, analysis of process / performance like Welding performance, Repair and rejection percentages, analysis of Non-conformances, etc.
• Final (Hydrostatic / pneumatic test) and in-service inspection of equipment / piping / tanks and producing documentation as per Project requirements and handing over to the Client.
• Skills for NDT evaluation of RT, PT, UT, MPT, VT, TOFD and Phased Array .
• Through knowledge of Painting Inspection and Testing as per various ISO and SSPC standards.
• Also having knowledge and hands on experience of testing and inspection of civil – (e.g. testing of concrete block, compressive strength, density, crushing strength, torsion test of rods, tensile test of steel, etc. ) and electrical activities –(e.g. calibration of a-meters, volt meters, checking current, voltage and rpm of equipment , motors and other electrical lines and Power generators.
