Installation and de-installation the all type of equipments and their preventive, predictive, breakdown and corrective maintenance on following equipments, heavy-duty Steam turbine (GE, Elliot, Terry), Gas Turbine (General Electric Frame ¡V 5. MS5001, 26.3 MW) Multistage High-pressure Centrifugal compressors (Cooper Bessemer Type RD6S and RB6S Hp 3100 @ RPM 7650 and pressure 22Psi), Rotary screw Compressor (SCK41,151) Gear Box (Maag Type Gx43.2/2 3510HP, RPM8032), Hydraulic Governors made by Woodward, Reciprocating and multistage centrifugal pumps (KSB) installation, erection & alignment, Troubleshooting, Boiler inspection and testing All type of Friction and non Friction Bearings installation replacement and inspection and troubleshooting. Kingsbury Tilting Pads Thrust Bearing and Michel¡¦s Spherical Tilting Pads Thrust Bearing Installation, lapping and adjustment. FD & ID fan¡¦s Inspection and maintenance. Pre-operational and post operational check of rotary equipment¡¦s , and commissioning jobs during commissioning the plant. Mechanical Seals (balanced and Unbalanced) , oil floating seals, lip seals, honeycomb seal replacement and repair. Hot and Cold alignment of major process equipment. Non-Destructive inspections (Pipe Welding, Rotary Equipment And Stationary Equipment¡¦s Installation, Boilers and Plant Equipment¡¦s Beam Structures) maintenance planning (long, short and mid range) vibration analysis and Preparation for maintenance, work as per procedures and follow the plant safety requirement.
