ASSISTANT EQUIPMENT ENGINEER (Preventive Maintenance Group Leader)
August, 2005 – Present
INNOLUX DISPLAY CORPORATION – Chunan Science Park, Miao Li County, Taiwan
Responsibilities and Accomplishments:
• Preventive Maintenance/Technician and as PM Team Leader in T1-Array Etching Engineering Department who is responsible to monitor accurately the status of machines and equipments, repair its abnormal conditions, and maintain the high standards of machine operations to ensure effective and quality production system.
• Responsible in cleaning the spare parts of the machine using the Ultra sonic washer.
• Responsible in checking the gauges in the pumps, chiller, gas scrubber and also in the display monitor of the machine. It should be while on duty.
• Act as an Assistant Equipment Engineer.
• Responsible in making a report of what we have done on that day, and then pass to the manager.
• Know how to operate crane.
• Know how to use different kind of tools.
• Participate in company program for 6’s (sort, standardize, set up, safety, shine, education).
• Trained the newly in-take maintenance crew.

Responsibilities and Accomplishments:
• Casualty Adjuster
• Conducts interviews with the insured and other involved parties.
• Renders adjuster’s initial findings.
• Evaluates and determine loss and damage of properties.
• Investigates car-napping cases.
• Conducts ocular inspection of the loss site.
• Negotiate with the insured the estimated amount of settlement upon approval of the insurer.
• Draft survey, determination of weight of bulk, bags cargo loaded or unloaded from the vessel or barges.
• Make a report and then pass to the insurance company.
