Professional Experience
Big experience with Kellogg Brown & Root in the Human Resources Department working on Middle East projects in difficult conditions and environments, where all kinds of people with different nationalities, race and religions were included in the work improvement to succeed as a great team.
My work experience is mostly in Human Resources as Human Resources Generalist, but I have also worked as Travel Coordinator in Dubai, and as Logistics and Transportation Administrator here in Macedonia and also Middle East (Kuwait & Iraq). My last position was as HR Specialist in Macedonia at the US Embassy in Skopje, which was a temporary position for 3 months.
As HR Generalist I was responsible for employee database setup, daily update and maintenance for workforce ranging between 1400 and 1700 employees at 7-11 different locations with or without HR presence. Also I have worked on the completing and processing of the Personnel Action Notice (PAN), monitoring Company approved Project Compensation and Title/Position scale, processing and coordinating employee travel and supporting documentation (termination, medical, emergency leave), administration of Staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, compliance and other administrative functions.
Also my great experience in Human Resources was the three months at the US Embassy as HR Specialist. I¡¦ve been working on the FSN¡¦s visa at the Greek Embassy, employment certificates, Visa Letters and paperwork for the diplomats at the Turkish, Bulgarian and Greek Embassy, preparing and processing documents for new employees and also the termination paperwork at the Employment office, Pension and Health Fund, all personal actions, cables, Diplomatic Notes for Diplomatic Accreditation, also preparing and submitting the verbal notes for the Diplomatic ID Cards, trained by the co-workers of the Time & Attendance, entering bi-weekly overtime, sick leave, annual leave etc, using the WebPass Personnel System, ensures the accuracy of the personnel records for all the FSNs, determining eligibility and qualifications based on the vacancy announcement requirements, then set up interviews as required, provides data and completing appropriate personnel actions and files for new employees etc.
